• Is my personal information kept private?
    • Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you. Read more at our page on Privacy Policy.

  • Is there a minimum order value?
    • There is no minimum order requirement.  Delivery charges will remain as specified.

  • How is my order shipped?
    • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Singapore Public Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped in the following week.

  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?
    • Orders are processed and despatched in 2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service disruption caused by events beyond the control of Wild Barley. These disruptions include, but are not limited to delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of the cardholder's credit/debit card.

      Delivery delays due to service disruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Wild Barley.

  • Which countries do you ship to?
    • Currently, from our website we only ships to addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island. We do not deliver to Jurong Island and other outlying islands beyond mainland Singapore

  • What are your delivery charges?
    • Free delivery is provided for orders SGD100 and above per delivery per location.

      For orders of value below SGD100 per delivery per location, there will be a delivery charge of $12.

      Self collection is available Tuesday to Sunday and does not include Public Holidays.

    • Self collection is to be done at

  • How do I track my orders?
    • Currently we do not provide any tracking number. However, if you do not receive your ordered items within the delivery timeframe, you can email us at enquiry@wildbarley.sg to check or drop us a private message on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/wildbarleysg) and we will typically reply in 1 an hour during working hours.  

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    • All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated.  On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund, alternative product or equal value or alternative availability date where possible.

      If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made, and a refund of the amount equivalent to the Product price will be made. 

  • Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
    • Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is within the delivery zone. You may indicate your delivery address during checkout.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Wild Barley has commenced processing the order and the Customer will not incur any cost in doing so. If any changes or cancellation is made after the order is processed, cancellation request will not be entertained.

  • I would like to change my order. What should I do?
    • If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at sales@wildbarley.sg

  • How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
    • You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    • We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Paypal. Please note that all payments are charged in Singapore Dollars. 

  • How do I use a promotion code?
    • To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

      1. Select your items and add to cart; and place your orders.

      2. Proceed to checkout.

      3. Enter your Promotion Code at the box indicating "Promotion Code". Simply type or copy and paste (recommended) the promotional code in this text field.

      4. Submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied.

  • What is your return Policy?
    • Please refer to our Terms and Conditions relating to returns.

  • Do I need to register and set up a membership account to shop?
    • It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to register as a member, we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details. As our registered member, you will also receive special promotional codes which are applicable for members use only.

  • What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
    • For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at sales@wildbarley.sgand quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (Singapore time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 1 working day and we will advise you on what to do next.
